What We Need From You
It will help us more quickly evaluate the claim if you provide:
- Policy Number
- Policyholder's full name and address
- Name and telephone number of someone to contact throughout the entire claims process
- Any questions for the Claims Adjuster
- Brief description of the loss including:
- When and what was damaged or lost
- How safe the damaged property is now
- Any Injuries related to the damage or loss
- Whether you need temporary repairs
- Whether you notified authorities such as police, fire department or ambulance
