Temporary Binding Restrictions due to wildfires

Archive of 2022 Restrictions for New Mexico

The following activities are temporarily prohibited by American Modern for the zip codes listed below until restrictions are lifted:

New business issuance
Changes on existing policies
Policy re-writes

These restrictions apply to new purchases if they are located in the area(s) under potential threat from wildfires.

Renewal policy activities will continue, provided there are no lapses between policies.
