Start grilling with 6 safety tips

Sunburns are part of summer. Grill and fire burns shouldn’t be. Unfortunately, an average 8,800 backyard grill outs a year are involved in a home fire—that’s according to the National Fire Protection Association.¹ They also say it happens most often in July.

We don’t know about you, but we’d rather see fire departments in July 4^th parades than in backyards putting out grill fires (or worse). Let’s give them less to do this year. Help your family and friends avoid getting burned this summer with our grilling safety tips.
